The X-Race is a comfortable and stable long- and ultra-distance Trail Running shoe, designed to manage fatigue during runs of three to five hours or more. 

While offering solid lockdown thanks to a snug midfoot fit, the wide toe box should accommodate many runners who have traditionally found trail running shoes to be too narrow.

Thanks to athletes’ know-how, and the constant drive by Vibram® to enhance grip and traction, the X-Race proves propulsion and braking power without comparison.

The X-RACE IS a technical and lightweight shoe designed to run long distances and challenge all types of terrain in complete safety and comfort.

Offering a comforting and precise snug fit, the X-Race features a Vibram® MEGAGRIP outsole for a perfect grip whatever the terrain. The Vibram® SuperLight EVA midsole provides cushioning, flexibility and fluidity on the trails, while the reinforced and ergonomic heel offers stability and power.

The ventilated upper feels plush and breathable. Wraparound lacing straps connected to laces with eyelets provide that extra touch of support without any pressure point.

① VIBRAM® Traction Lug is the innovative, new design concept that focuses on the key element in traction - the shape of the lug:

- "Traction zone" on the forefoot with lugs oriented according to running direction

- "Breaking zone" under the heel with the largest side of the lugs facing the trail

- "Stability zone" thanks to lateral lugs and notches

② VIBRAM® SLE (SuperLight EVA) foam midsole is 30% lighter than standard foams on the market, with 10% increased energy return.

③ VIBRAM® MEGAGRIP is the high performance rubber compound that offers unparalleled grip properties on both dry and wet terrains. Extremely durable, it is the perfect solution to face long distances. It gives you confidence and control, while maintaining an optimal balance between stability and flexibility for ground adaptation.
