The Deuter Freerider 22 SL is a lightweight, ergonomic, and high-performance backcountry skiing backpack specially designed for women. Thanks to its SL cut (Short Length) tailored to the female body shape, it offers a perfect fit, stable support, and optimal comfort, even during the most demanding ascents. Its innovative LiteSnow back system combines maximum comfort and minimal weight. Its anti-snow design prevents snow from sticking and moisture from penetrating, ensuring a dry back even in extreme conditions. Weighing less than a kilogram, the Freerider 22 SL is lightweight, durable, and functional. This backpack is designed for mountain adventures, with numerous smart carrying solutions: Side or diagonal attachment for skis, Front attachment for snowboard or snowshoes, Attachment for ice axe and poles, Removable helmet net, Front pocket dedicated to avalanche safety equipment, accessible in an instant. The main compartment is accessed through a large U-shaped back opening, convenient and fast, even when skis or snowboards remain attached outside. For comfort, the Freerider 22 SL features padded ergonomic straps, a padded hip belt with zippered pockets, and a flexible U-shaped Delrin frame ensuring stability and freedom of movement. Made from recycled 200D REC PA Ripstop polyamide, it is bluesign®, Grüner Knopf, and ClimatePartner certified, and made without PFAS, thanks to an ecological DWR treatment. This model combines high performance and environmental responsibility.
