Select the product(s) to return

Select "Refund" to be refunded

Once your return has been approved, you will be able to find a pre-paid return label and a return slip in the right column.
Place the products in their original packaging along with the return slip inside your parcel.
Nota Bene 1: For hygienic reasons, undergarments (UNDER and JULIOZ garments) cannot be returned .
Nota Bene 2: Only the first return is free. In case of a second return, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. (no prepaid label)
Nota Bene 3: Free returns are only possible for countries in the European Union and the geographical area Europe; For other customers please send the products back to CIMALP / 30 Route de la Roche / 26320 SAINT MARCEL LES VALENCE / FRANCE to be refunded
