To reach the first step (Bronze Member), you only need to accumulate 250 points, i.e. (£)250(€) worth of purchases.

You continue to upgrade levels with each new order: Silver (500 points) or Gold (1500 points).

In the case where a customer does not acquire the necessary points to maintain or progress to another level over the 2-year period, you will automatically be moved down a level or removed from the program if the required minimum of 250 points is not reached.

Once eligible for the Bronze status, you can monitor your customer status and check your Points by logging in.
