Its wearing characteristics and light pattern are optimized for just that. The basic version of the Trail Runner Free series comes with 3 AAA batteries and the hybrid battery compartment.
CIMALP X SILVA The Silva Hybrid battery compartment can hold either a 1.15Ah battery or 3 standard AAA battery cells. Non-slip, ergonomic surfaces allow for safe handling, and the red tail light is already integrated into the battery compartment for increased safety. Another novelty is also the extension cable included in the scope of delivery. Flat woven and made of textile materials, it can be worn comfortably under running clothes. Runners who want to further reduce the weight on the head thus have the option of removing the battery compartment from the headband. This is rewarded by increased wearing comfort and extended battery life in cold outdoor temperatures.
