EXCHANGE A PRODUCT - 100% satisfaction guaranteed
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or it is not the correct size you have 30 days to return it to us.
The product must be new, not have been worn, not have been washed and have the labels still attached to it.
To make a return request:
- Go to your customer account, and select the My orders / Return requests category
- Select the product(s) to return to us
- Indicate, in the field provided, if you would like to receive a replacement product or to be reimbursed
- After approval by our teams, in your customer account, in the My return documents category, you will find your return coupon as well as a pre-paid label for the return
To return the merchandise to us:
- Slip the return voucher available from your customer account, in the My return documents category, into your package
- Attach the pre-paid Mondial Relay return label to the package, (allow 5 to 10 days for your package to reach us and be processed). For quicker processing of your request, you could return your package to us by La poste, this will be processed as a priority, (postage fees will not be reimbursed)
- Leave your package at the Mondial Relay shop or business partner of your choice. You can find a collection point close to you at this link
On receipt of your package, exchanges will be sent in 24h/48h and applications for refunds will be processed in under 10 days. In the case of reimbursement, you will be fully reimbursed for the product(s) returned to your credit or bank card.
