FLEECE AND MICRO FLEECE JACKETS

The best mountain footwear is useless without good socks. They must adapt perfectly to the foot, maintaining a minimum level of compression (according to taste) to prevent them from moving and forming wrinkles. Most importantly, evacuating excess moisture prevents the formation of the dreaded blisters. Therefore it is recommended that they incorporate synthetic fibres, which allow for the evaporation of sweat, or you can opt for Merino wool, a material that is beginning to spread thanks to its natural origin and excellent performance.

TO BE CONSIDERED:

Higher or shorter depending on whether you wear mid- or low-cut shoes.

Adapt the level of breathability and warmth they provide to the type of route, terrain and climate (warmer for high mountains, etc).

It is advisable to carry at least a spare pair if it's forecast to rain or you're muddy terrain.
