we would be more than happy to help.

Your order has been prepared with care, and we hope that it will give you full satisfaction. If not, any item may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

We expect return products to be clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Any faulty item that is not in a suitable condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

To make a return request:

  1. Go to your customer account, and select the Order History and Details category
  2. Click on DETAILS (in the right column)
  3. Select the product(s) to return
  4. Indicate if you wish to receive a replacement product or to be refunded
  5. Once your return has been approved, you will be able to find a pre-paid return label in the right column (it usually takes 10min).

To return the product(s):

  1. Print the return label
  2. Attach the pre-paid postage label to the package and drop it at the nearest Post Office. Please allow 5 to 10 days for your package to reach us and be processed
  3.  On receipt of your package, exchanges will be sent in 48 hours, and refunds will be processed in max. 10 days using the original method of payment (credit card, Paypal...)
