When will my order been shipped?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. At CimAlp we aim to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. All orders are processed: - on the same day if placed on a working day before 9AM - on the next working day if placed on a bank holiday - on Monday (if not a bank holiday) if placed at the weekend.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
My order status says "cancelled”. What does that mean?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that your bank fraud filter marked your order as failed. If you are certain that this is not true, please contact your bank.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
There are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from France and shipped to another European Union country. VAT is then included in the price of the goods, based on the French VAT rate. Are you ordering from outside the EU or from some specific EU areas (Jersey, Guernsey, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands…) your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country or territory. The amount for the duties depends on the country or territory to which the order is shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. In that case, your order will be invoiced VAT excluded by CIMALP.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
How do I return my items?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your item, please make a request from your account. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
I received damaged/incorrect items, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately on email@example.com after receiving your order that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, or by PayPal, refunds will be made within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Where is my order?
Please refer to the email automatically sent after your parcel has been shipped, it contains the tracking number. If you can't see it, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a warranty?
CIMALP warrants its products to be free in normal use of any defects in workmanship and materials for two (2) years from the date of purchase. However, the warranty does not cover any abusive or accidental use, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damages, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
