Trained as an engineer, Benoît now works in IT consulting. This young father (and step-dad) of 33 years old practices sports assiduously, especially running and cycling.

He joined the Cimalp family after sharing an intense sporting moment with our team manager, Florian Olivier. The two men found themselves side-by-side during the UTMB 2017 race, tirelessly supporting each other during this long event. Despite the fact, they didn't know each other. And it is together that they will cross the finish line. An adventure forever engraved in their memory.

Sharing, availability, respect.
Why do you feel you belong to the Cimalp family?
I think I share a lot of the values of the Cimalp family, especially those related to the environment and ecology.
Your best and worst mountain memories and why?
A thunderstorm during a trail ride to the top of Mont Joly.
What do mountains inspire you?
The calm and serenity. And the little reminder that we are all small on earth in the face of nature.
What is your relationship to the environment and ecology?
These are notions that I try to be more and more attentive to. At my humble level, I try in particular on a daily basis to limit my emissions (waste, car travel, etc.).
Another great passion/talent than sports?
Beerology.
