I need to return an item.

To return an item for any reason, log in to your account via our site. Once logged in, click on order history, go to the details of your order to select the item (s) you wish to return to us. Your request is sent to us after clicking the button Generate Return.

How to return my order?

After acceptance of your request, usually within 24 horus, you will find in the space My return documents the documents necessary for sending. The return slip is to be returned with the products and the pre-paid return label is to be affixed outside the package..

Can I cancel or modify my order?

At CimAlp, we promise to ship all orders within 24 hours (except weekend). You have the possibility to contact us to cancel or modify an order, we will make every effort to process your request.

We can no longer modify or cancel the shipped orders.
